Data collected

Forms collect the contact details you provide and information relevant to your enquiry: name, email, phone, apartment, dates and guest numbers; for experiences, activity, date, participants and optional apartment; for products, selected items, quantities and notes. Site language and the referring page address are also transmitted.

Required fields are needed to handle your enquiry; other fields are optional. Product enquiries require at least an email address or phone number. Without contact details we cannot reply. Do not include health data, identity documents or payment details in free-text fields.

Systems delivering the site may process technical data such as IP addresses, HTTP requests, timestamps and browser information to provide and protect the service.

Purposes and legal grounds

We process enquiries, availability checks, quotations and requested pre-contractual steps under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Other correspondence is handled under our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us (Article 6(1)(f)).

Security and abuse prevention rely on our legitimate interest in protecting the service (Article 6(1)(f)); legal duties rely on Article 6(1)(c). Forms do not subscribe you to newsletters. Data are not used for marketing or profiling. The privacy checkbox acknowledges this notice; it is not advertising consent.

Handling enquiries

Enquiries are sent over HTTPS through FormSubmit to info@bezzini.it. FormSubmit states that it retains submissions for 30 days, separately from the farm’s retention of email messages.

Data may be accessed by people authorised by the farm and providers involved in hosting, email and form delivery. The site uses OpenAI’s Sites platform and Cloudflare infrastructure. Data are not published or sold.

Retention

Enquiries that do not result in a contractual relationship are kept for up to 12 months after the last contact, then deleted or anonymised. This also covers copies in the farm’s mailbox.

If a booking or order follows, records needed for that relationship and administrative obligations are kept for the relevant purposes and statutory periods. Records relevant to a dispute may be kept for as long as necessary to protect legal rights.

Providers and international processing

External services may process data outside the European Economic Area. The public FormSubmit information reviewed does not identify every processing country or contractual transfer safeguard. We therefore do not state that storage is exclusively within the EU. Contact the controller for information on providers and applicable safeguards.

Your rights

Where applicable under the GDPR, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may complain to the Italian data protection authority (Garante) or your competent supervisory authority. Send requests to info@bezzini.it. We do not make solely automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.

WhatsApp, Maps and social networks are external links governed by their own privacy notices. Current forms are enquiries, not payment or automatic booking systems. This notice will be updated when services or processing purposes change.
